DAY 17: STUDYING WITH MY FONDANT FANCIES

Monday. Cold day, very cold day.
Why not some fondant fancies?Sponge cake squares with a butter cream top covered with fondant icing. Just fancy little cakes for colorful Teatime.
Did I tell I love Fondant icing?, it´s such a great classical pastry companion for the cakes, so silky and sweet. Works out in every occasion. Ideal. I missed it.
