Harinezumi Geneva Experience

MAMCO

I love museums.
And I really liked this one. But, people at the museum wasn´t polite and even asking them any questions respresented a problem.

Nevertheless, it´s full of great art and installations.

My favorites:

* Thomas Huber´s Fishtanks.
* Christo´s Corridor Store front
* Cècile Bart, suspense at Geneve
* Claudio Parmiggiani, Crypt: it´s really scary, yo have to enter a dark room, and then, after a few seconds inside there, you start seeing hand prints on the walls.

Geneva

A very posh city. Everything´s tidy and clean. Everything´s expensive.
But, despite all that, it´s a very nice city!
It´s curious how I always pictured Europe like this cities, like Geneva for example. Old, different, elegant..., I don´t know.

Everybody told me the only thing to see in Geneva was the jet d´eau and the lake. But I found some great surprises like the museum of contemporary Art (MAMCO) or the old part of the city.

The 3º day, I left the EBMT for a while and did some touristic stuff. My favorites: the broken chair sculpture infront of the United Nations building, the old city, the City hall, the Cathedral, the lake, and of course, the Jet d´eau.

The last morning, it rained, so I only got frozen and wet. I visited the lake on the other side. And then, I went to MAMCO.

I also bought the best souvenir ever!: the Kodak brownie starmite in an antique store.

I came back almost running to the hotel to get the transfer to the airport.
